Lost transaction from SAVR to Nordea

I transferred around 60k sek from SAVR to Nordea. It seems the transaction is lost and neither SAVR nor Nordea are taking responsibility. It has been more than 2 months now. I need guidance on what to do next? Should I call police or is there a better alternative?

We have contacted our old platform partner Fondab, which we recently migrated from, to analyze the status of the withdrawal on their end. We will also escalate this issue to Nordea in order to solve this as swiftly as possible.
