Nybörjare som vill köpa hyreslägenheter

Excuse my English, though I hope I could get some advice. I am looking to invest in an apartment in the greater Stockholm area. I am planning to sub-lent the apartment for at least 5 years and consider it an investment.

I have since become quite familiar with the restrictions around andrahandsupplåtelse. My estimated spending on this will be top 2.0M. A few questions I have are:

  1. What legal entities are allowed to purchase a bostädsrätt, given that the association allows a legal entity to buy? Which one is generally better suited for a small portfolio; enkla-firma or AB?
  2. What is a common funding construction if a company has no existing revenue?
  3. Would you generally advice investing in bostädsrättlagenheter?
Maybe you have some tips to other material that is worth a read to get a better understanding, all much appreciated!

Det finns ingen anledning att bilda bolag för detta. Mycket jobb till absolut ingen nytta. Skattemässigt är det bättre att hyra ut den privat i stället.

Problemet blir förmodligen att hitta någon förening som är villig att tillåta andrahandsuthyrning på så lång tid.
